Hyderabad: The victims of money circulating scheme Akshaya Gold filed a petition in High court on Monday. The court admitted the petition and ordered the both Telugu States to file counters.
In the petition, the victims accused that the financial scheme representatives have cheated them luring with high interest rates. A total of Rs 600 crore was collected by the company from 17 lakh members of the scheme. “As our case is similar to the Agri Gold fraud, we are seeking the court intervention in the same manner,” the victims said.
The High Court asked the governments of AP, and Telangana whether the accused were arrested and their properties seized. (NSS)
