The petition submitted before the 7th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate the criminal case against Mr. Akberuddin Owaisi, MLA took a new and strange turn when Mr. Akbar’s pleader, Mr. Mohammed Azeemuddin submitted his ‘Vakalatnama’ in the court and insisted that he be provided an opportunity for initiating the arguments before the formal orders are issued. He made an objection on appearance the pleader of the opponent party in the court and said that there is no provision in law for it.
He told that since this case has already been publicized in the media, hence it is necessary for the court to provide him an opportunity for starting arguments. The judge told that he would decide on 2nd January about the petition of Akbar Owaisi.
