TSRTC will a special drive of plying adequate number of special buses for the famous Sammakka and Sarakka Jathara which is considered the biggest Tribal Jathara of Medaram in Warangal to be conducted in February.
The TSRTC Executive Director Nagaraju stated that they will run 50 special buses on daily basis from Feb 13 to 21to cater to the Medaram Jathara rush. Since lakhs of devotees throng from various states to the biggest event the corporation has taken necessary steps to press in adequate number of buses he said. Apart from providing online services of reservation through www.tsrtconlinie.in it was decided to collect 50 per cent of additional charges from the commuters the ED said. The devotees can get bus facility at a frequency of one bus each hour from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station, Uppal Bus Station, he said. (NSS)
