New Delhi, May 19: Aamir Khan starrer ‘3 Idiots’ is scaling new heights – the film had a special screening at the UN followed by a discussion on the film’s message concerning the education system.
The superhit movie produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra was shown at the United Nations headquarters in New York, which was attended by director Rajkumar Hirani and screenwriter Abhijat Joshi.
“Abhijat and I were present there for the screening and the question and answer session,” said Hirani, adding that he felt “honoured” to present his movie to the UN.
“The Department of Management at the UN got in touch with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s office and requested a screening followed by a two-hour long post-film session with UN members who will focus on how the film has impacted their lives and how each character influences education system,” a source said.
