UP: 6 minors abduct, sexually assault Dalit-minor for 3 days

Muzaffarnagar: A gang of six minors allegedly raped a 12-year-old Dalit girl for three days repeatedly after abducting her last month from Kotwali Police station.

The Police has lodged a case against the six accused all aged between 14-16 years on Wednesday said Kotwali SHO Anil Kapervan, DC reported.

According to the sources, the victim along with her maternal grandmother had staged a protest outside the District Magistrate’s office after the crime, demanding to file a complaint against the six accused stating the Police had refused to lodge an FIR.

The victim who lives with her maternal grandmother in her complaint stated that she was abducted by the accused in a car on June 26 when she was on her way to Kukra village district.

The Police after filing the complaint sent the victim for medical examination.

So far no arrests have been made since all the six accused are absconding.
