Animal Husbandry Minister T Srinivas Yadav today laid foundation stone for a 50-bed hospital to be constructed in his Sanathnagar constituency here.
Talking to media persons later, Talasani said the hospital was meant for 30-bed capacity and will be built for 50 bed by spending Rs 6.68 crore, he said. It was planned to build the hospital in one year with corporate level facilities. The government aim is to provide the best health services to the poor he said. On completion the people of his segment will benefit with latest equipment and facilities, the minister said.
The Minister agreed to upgrade it for 50 bed hospital. The government sanctioned Rs 3.78 cr for facilities for the hospital to have OP at ground floor, male, female and surgical wards at first floor, paediatric, gynecology and ENT at second floor, he said. (NSS)
