Hyderabad, August 17: A month-old baby girl was found missing from Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad, here on Tuesday morning.
According to the baby’s mother Lakshmi, the baby went missing at around 3:30 am.
Lakshmi said that she and her husband Kumar had arrived from Godavari Khani in Karimnagar with the girl for treatment on August 7.
She was undergoing treatment at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the hospital as her health was not stable since she was born a month ago.
Lakshmi had slept with the baby outside the NICU from where it went missing.
Lakshmi alerted her husband Kumar who joined her in the search for the missing baby.
Kumar filed a complaint with Nampally police who have launched a manhunt to trace the missing baby. –INN
