London: Singer Zayn Malik has postponed his Japan’s concert until 2017 due to the “change in the recording schedule” for his new album.
Malik, who was earlier scheduled to perform at Saitama Super Arena on January 14, will now perform at Yokohama Arena on June 18 as well as Osaka-jo Hall in the Kyobashi area of Osaka, Japan on June 19, reported Femalefirst.
“Due to a change in the recording schedule of the new album, Zayn’s show at Saitama Super Arena on January 14 has been rescheduled to new dates and venues. And we have added a new show in Osaka… We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused,” the concert’s promoters said.
It is not the first live show Zayn has had to miss after he pulled out of a gig in October due to “extreme anxiety”.
