Washington DC, [USA] Nov 07 (ANI): Singer Zayn Malik said that he does not speak to the members of British boyband One Direction after leaving the group in 2015.
According to Billboard, it’s been a long time since Malik spoke to his former bandmates – Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson – as there were a lot of ‘snide things’ and ‘Small things’ that he never expected.
Malik said that he didn’t make any friends while being a part of the popular band. He added that he never likes “to confer with too many people”.
Getting success early on as a teenager had a significant effect on Malik’s health, that went on to affect the relationship with the band members.
After splitting from One Direction, Malik adopted a more alternative R&B music style, which led him to his solo debut album ‘Mind of Mine’ in 2016.
