Aligarh: The autobiography of Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, Zameeruddin Shah, and ‘the Sarkari Musalman’ is in the offing. In the autobiography, he says there are two types of people. One who sell their conscience and others who are government servants like us? He declared the period during which he was in AMU as the toughest. Managing the tasks at AMU was more difficult than fighting in an army, he said.
The book written in English will be released by former Vice President Hamed Ansari on October 13 at India International Centre, Delhi.
Zameeruddin Shah says he wore 4 caps in his life, the first of army, the second of foreign service, the third as a judge and the 4th that of education. He says he has always been fighting for the country and society and will continue to do so.
The book comprises of 200 pages.
