The election results of A.P. State Bar Council were announced yesterday. From Hyderabad ten advocates won the election. From among the successful candidates Mr. Mohammed Zakir Hussain Javeed is the only Muslim advocate who won election and became the member of Bar council. He got 18th place in the counting. When counting started on 19th January he was topping the list.
25 members are elected to Bar council. Mr. Javeed polled 1274 votes. He thanked advocates’ fraternity and promised that he will strive to serve the cause of Muslim community.
