In this age of selfishness, thinking about the community and helping the children of the community is not only praise worthy but worth emulating. The scholarships given by Azra Masood Educational Charitable Trust is worthy of praise. These views were expressed by Mr. Zahed Ali Khan during his address on the occasion of scholarship distribution function here at Mahboob Husain Jigar Hall, Siasat premises. He asked the beneficiaries to use the scholarship to get education and make their future bright. He felt that Muslims’ educational, economic and social status is improving compared to the past.
Mr. Zahed Ali Khan urged the students to fully avail the opportunities they are getting. He said there are lot many professional courses apart from doctors and engineers which can be pursued.
Present on the occasion were Mir Shujat Ali Masood Chairman Trust, Mr. Noor ul Haq Quadri advocate, Maulana Syed Hyder Pasha Quadri Husaini, Abdus Sattar Mujahed General Secretary Muslim League Telangana State and Ahmed Basheeruddin Farooqui, M A Hameed Career Counsellor, Mohammed Younus trustee. Over 140 students were given scholarship to the tune of 2 lakh.
