Hyderabad: PCF8 Conference will be organised during November 25 to December 1, by Commonwealth of Learning (COL) in collaboration with Open University of Malaysia.
Mr. Zahed Farooqui, Station Manager Deccan Radio and former Joint Secretary Community Radio Association of India has been invited to attend the PCF8 Conference.
It must be noted that Commonwealth of Learning (COL) was established by Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Its mandate is to promote and develop the use of open learning in Asian countries and use of communication technology in distance education.
Keeping in view his experience in community media, Mr. Zahed Farooqui has been invited to attend the conference. Around 800 delegates are likely to attend Pan Commonwealth Forum.
