(Siasat News) Metropolitan sessions Judge of Nampally Criminal Court granted bail to Hamza Bin Omer Alias Zafar Pahelwan and his nephew Moosa Bin Abdullah in the murder case of rowdysheeter Ahmed Ali Khan alias Ilyas. In his order, the magistrate ordered to deposit Rs. 10,000 (twice) and record his attendance every alternate day at Kanchanbagh police station and affix his signature.
Rowdyshetter Ahmed Ali Khan alias Ilyas was assassinated brutally on 19th March within Kanchanbagh police station area. Declaring Zafar Pahelwan as accused number 1, he was arrested along with his relatives and associates. Police claimed that Zafar Pahelwan had hatched the murder conspiracy of Ilyas and his younger nephew Mohammed Bin Abdullah alias chota Mohammed planned murder. Police registered a murder case against 14 accused persons out of which they had arrested 11 persons. A few days back, the court had granted bail to other accused persons. Police registered many cases against Zafar Pahelwan.
It may be noted that police had raided the residence of Zafar Pahelwan earlier and had seized Rs. 74 lakh each, Foreign currency and cartridges. After the arrest Zafar Pahelwan was kept in Chanchalguda jail.
