Ingredients
1. Boiled potato- 3 nos.
2. Sainda namak- to taste
3. Coriander chopped- 10 gms
4. Chilli chopped- 10 gms
5. Anar – 15 gms
Method:
1. Grate the potatoes and mix all other ingredients in it.
2. Season it and make the into round tikki shape.
3. On the hot grill, cook the tikkis until golden brown and serve with mint chutney.
