YSRCP’s third plenary begins

YSRCP’s third plenary, which is intended to give a direction to the party cadre to expose the government’s failures in the last three years in the office, is off to a start on Saturday near Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) campus in Mangalagiri, Amaravati.

YSRCP chief and Leader of the Opposition in AP Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy unveiled the book — ‘Chandrababu Naidu – The Emperor of Corruption’. The book highlights the quantum of kickbacks, bribes, shares and commissions which amount to a collusive corruption of Rs3,75,000 crore with complete evidences. YS Jagan is expected to give a call to the party leaders to gear up for the battle – 2019 elections, which is just two years away.

The two-day plenary will pass a total of 20 resolutions on the issues related to various districts in the state. Inaugurating the plenary, YS Jagan invited the leaders and cadres to come up with suggestions for the strengthening of the party. A committee of senior leaders has been formed to look into the suggestions and for further action thereupon. (NSS)
