The YSR Congress Party’s second plenary meeting will be held on February 2 at Idupulapaya in the YSR Kadapa district.
Party sources said president will also be elected in the meeting under Election Commission guidelines. Party managing committee will meet and release election schedule for electing the president. Results will be announced tomorrow. The party’s centre governing council met on Saturday from 2.30 pm to 3 pm and election schedule for Party president was released.
Polling will be held on February 2 from 8.30 am to 11.30 am and counting will take place later. Results will be announced by 12.30 pm.
State level meeting will also be held during the polling. At first, tributes will be paid to late CM Rajashekhara Reddy and deceased party members.
YSRCP honorary president YS Vijayamma will start the proceedings of the meeting and Sharmila would preside over the meet. (NSS)
