YSR Congress leader Gone Prakash Rao has ruled out the possibility of his party entering into an electoral alliance with the Congress party.
Prakash Rao was reacting to media reports about the possibility. When Congress senior leader Vayalar Ravi was questioned about such an alliance at the Jaipur brainstorming session, he neither admitted it nor ruled out the possibility. He said the PCC would decide about it at the time of elections.
Gone said it was wrong on the part of Congress MP to make provocative statements. He said because of such statements, Seemandhras living in Hyderabad would be put to problems unnecessarily. Referring to the demand of Lagadapati that there should be consensus on Telangana, Gone said so far no new State was created through consensus.
