Members of the YSR Congress once again stumbled on Wednesday.
Party MLAs Srikant Reddy and others spoke to the media at the media point after the Assembly was adjourned to Thursday. They expressed their ire at the Congress and the TDP by stating that both the parties had colluded. Stating that the TDP leaders wore caps that were symbolic of Congress they alleged that this was an evidence of collusion. When the media told them that the caps were symbolic for Gandhism and questioned how could they be described as Congress caps, Srikant Reddy parried the question. Media told him that even social activist Anna Hajare wore those caps.
When media reminded Srikant Reddy that his party voted for Congress in the presidential election and questioned how then it could charge TDP of collusion, Srikant Reddy said they only voted against the BJP and quickly exited from the place. (NSS)
