TDP Politburo member Yanamala Rama Krishnudu has said that the family members of late chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy were not only criminals, but were also actors par excellence.
In a statement here on Thursday, Rama Krishnudu stated that Jagan’s mother and sister taking to the roads and trying for public sympathy after his arrest, stands a testimony for their great acting talents. He said that it was surprising that the family that should be produced in the people’s court as criminals was alleging that injustice was meted out to it.
He said that while Vijaya Sai Reddy, another main accused in the illegal assets case, was wearing impeccable dress, colourful T Shirts and planning the ways to get votes and the Sakshi media was spreading false news that several hearts had stopped after Jagan’s arrest. He said that the reports were so amusing that people were heartily laughing at them. He said that Jagan was Adolph Hitler, Suharto of Indonesia and Gobles of Germany rolled into one. He said that all the three were known for their thirst for money. Jagan has outshone even these three historically notorious characters, he added.
Yanamala has said that though former Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao was claiming that he had signed only nine of the 26 controversial GOs and had not personally benefited because of signing of any of them, Yanamala said no one was willing to believe the minister’s statement. He has demanded dismissal of all the ministers, who were responsible for issuing those GOs. He said Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy should remove all the tainted ministers from his cabinet and offer an apology for continuing them so far. (NSS)
