YSR forgotten by AICC, Cong leaders, Says gone

Hyderabad, November 05: The former APS RTC Chairman Mr Gone Prakash Rao has said that it was unfortunate that the AICC session has not moved a condolence motion on the former chief minister late YSR, and forgot to display the portrait of former prime minister late PV Narasimha Rao.

Speaking at the media point on the Assembly premises here on Thursday, Mr Prakash Rao said that it was painful that the AICC session, first session after the demise of YSR, had forgot to condole the late leader. He also said that it was unfortunate that the AICC session displayed all the portraits of the former prime ministers except late PV Narasimha Rao, who ran the minority government successfully for five years.

Describing the greatness of late YSR, Mr Gone said that the senior leader Mr G Venkata Swami and his two sons had got 20 MW power plant in Orissa by saying they have no difference with the late YSR. He said that Mr Venkata Swami even thanked late YSR openly for taking up the Pranahita-Chevella project. He said that CWC member Mr K Keshava Rao too took help from late YSR, but now talking differently against the latter. He said that the late leader YSR had helped the Union Minister Mr S Jaipal Reddy in getting the Chevella MP ticket by convincing Ms Sabitha Indra Reddy and Kitchennagari Laxma Reddy. All the leaders have forgotten the help they took from the late leader, he said.

He urged the AICC to move condolence motion on late YSR and remember late PV Narasimha Rao in an appropriate way at AICC plenary to be held on December 18, 19, and 20.
