Hyderabad, August 05: The minister also said that the Chief Minister has decided to officially celebrate the first death anniversary of late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy on September 2 at Pavuralagutta, the death spot of YSR, in Hyderabad and all districts.
On that day, foundation stone would be laid to YSR Smrithivanam at Pavuralagutta and YSR memorial park in Hyderabad.
The cabinet meeting also discussed the results of by-elections to 12 Assembly segments. The ministers felt that the outcome was not expected one and the Telangana sentiment was very strong, she said, adding that the Chief Minister expressed regret over the agitations by the environmentalists against the power projects and asked the ministers to work to dispel the misconception among the public about them.
