Palakkad (Ker), December 20: All India Youth Congress president Ashok Tanwar today urged the youth to come out strongly against terrorism and extremist ideologies that pose a great danger to the unity of people.
“The youth in the country should rally against terrorists and their ideologies, who sustain on help from some of the neighbouring countries where democracy is not strong,” Tanwar said while inaugurating the National Integration campaign organised by the state unit of the Youth Congress here.
Congress party and the governments led by it have always taken strong position against terrorism of all hues, he said.
State Youth Congress president M Liju and other leaders attended the meeting. As part of the campaign, rallies would be organised in all parts of the state till March end.
