Details of the case:
One of the accused bhanu and parvez are husband and wife,but bhanu is a sex worker at secunderabad railway station,the accused parvez is having rivalry with Syed Fareed who is rowdy sheeter of Gopalapuram police station his close associate Golli Sudhakar Reddy @ Sudhakar who is the deceased in this case,The accused 4 bhanu gave information to police about the said Syed Fareed who is involved in the murder of Lalaguda PS.In that case the said Syed Fareed was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody.Since then the said Syed Fareed and Sudhakar threatening the said Bhanu,as there is life threat to accused 4,she asked her husband to kill the said Syed Fareed and Sudhakar.Then accused 1 parvez hatched a plan to eliminate Sudhakar with the assistance of his friends siva reddy and mahinder.parvez induced the siva and mahinder that he will provide autos to them,if they assist him in elimination of Syed Fareed and Sudhakar.They purchased two sticks (Para kaman) from Jai Bhavani Hardware shop,Nacharam and decided to eliminate Sudhakar initially……….
According to their plan,on november 4th,at about 2315 hours the all accused persons came to auto parking secunderabad railway station in the hire auto bearing No.AP12U-2610 used by Parvez and deceitfully took the said Sudhkar on pretext of consuming liquor. They took him to the railway tracks at Lalapet and beat him severely with the stick (Para kaman) on the head and other parts of the body.As the stick was broken into two pieces with sharp edges, they stabbed the said Sudhakar with those sharp edges sticks on various places of the body.After that they checked and found the said Sudhakar was still alive,they decided to throw the said Sudhakar at secunderabad railway station to create panic to Fareed and others,accordingly they brought the said Sudhakar in the same auto thrown him at opposite lane of auto parking,secunderabad railway station,the injured Sudhakar was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for treatment and while undergoing treatment he was expired on november 5th(SNB)……….
