Hyderabad: Two youth made fatal attack on their own friends leaving them injured. The incident occurred at Maharaja Function Hall, Sayeedabad in the night of May 7, when Shaikh Anwer Ahmed and Shaikh Saber Ahmed of Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Falaknuma, reached to attend the marriage function of their friend Mohammed Khaled.
After the marriage function they wanted to dance with the ‘Baraat’ which was opposed by their own friends, Mohammed Qaiser and Mohammed Ali of Kaladera, Chaderghat. The angry duo attacked their friends with knife.
The incident created panic in the function hall. Sayeedabad police reached the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital. Police registered case against the attackers under section 307 of Indian Penal Code and section 25 of Indian Army Act. They were arrested and shifted to jail.
