A youngster has beaten his own sister to death with a pestle, following family problems.
The incident occurred in the Sundaraiah Nagar of the district on Tuesday. The two had an argument and in a fit of emotion, the youth has done his sister to death.
Police arrived on the scene and sent the body of the girl for postmortem. They are searching for the accused. ‘meanwhile, in an equally disgusting incident, a son has killed his father in Kadapa district. The incident occurred in the Nangunurupalli village under Proddutur mandal. Property dispute is stated to be the reason for the ghastly act. (NSS)
