An events management company’s owner was arrested in Mumbai on charges of molesting a model.
A 20-year-old girl, hailing from Gujarat, alleged that the accused, Deepak Viveki, molested her after promising her role in a television serial.
The girl came in contact with the accused through social networking site over a month ago.
He called her for audition to Mumbai and promised to introduce her in their upcoming serial.
Deepak was arrested after the girl lodged an FIR under sections 354 (for outraging modesty of woman) and 384 (extortion) of IPC.
