Dehra Dun, April 05: A 22-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl at Haripurkalan area of this district, police today said.
According to an FIR lodged by the victim’s mother, their neighbour Narendra allegedly raped the 14-year-old on Sunday evening when her family members had gone out for work.
When they returned home, the girl told them about the incident.
Acting on the FIR, the police arrested Narendra last night.
