A 23-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly kidnapping his nephew for ransom to pay his loans, police said today.
Maiya Ram alias Monu, a resident of Sayyed Nangloi, was arrested from ISBT Agra yesterday and the child has been rescued, police said.
