Youth are facing a lot of difficulties in getting jobs in government and private sectors. TMI group conducted a survey in this connection which revealed that small and medium industry has job vacancies but due to lack of guidance in corporate style youth are not able to avail the opportunities.
TMI group collected data in 3 different cities from 614 job aspirants between the age group of 18-25 years. According to which due to conditions like places, type of work, jobs conditions are the major obstacles in getting the job. The youth suggested that employment brand can play a key role in providing jobs.
It must be noted that TMI has nearly 23 years experience in recruitment sector which can work as a link between jobs and job seekers.
