On Wednesday night, a youth died after he was run over by an APSRTC bus near the Mythrivanam Junction in Sanjeev Reddy Nagar.
The victim, S.Satish Varma, 24, worked in a private firm and was on his way home from work.
The accident occurred when he fell down from his bike and the bus behind him fall short to stop on time and ran over him. He sustained serious injuries and was shifted to the Prime Hospitals, where he succumbed to injuries.
