Muzaffarnagar, June 11: A youth was beaten to death allegedly by his brother over a family dispute at Lilone village in the district, police said today.
23-year-old Waris Ali was yesterday beaten to death by his brother Anis Ahmad over some petty issue when their parents were not at home, they said.
In another case, a married woman Shiksha, wife of Lokesh Kumar, was poisoned to death allegedly by her in-laws after she gave birth of a female child at Jaroda village in the district yesterday. Kumar has been arrested, while others are still absconding, they said.
