Jammu, January 09:A youth was arrested for committing sodomising a minor in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
A youth identified as Lakhwinder Singh alias Lucky, resident of Raika, was apprehended for indulging into an act of sodomy with an eight-year-old boy Baljeet Singh at his residence last evening in village Ramgarh of Samba district,” police here said.
Police said that the victim had gone for tuition classes to accused house adding, ”A case under section 377 RPC has been registered against him.
