Hyderabad: Police arrested a youth at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) for carrying a bullet in his luggage bag.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, as per the details provided by RGIA Police, Vaibhav Kumar Sharma (21) from Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad, a B.Tech student was arrested after a bullet was found in his bag.
It is also reported that on Sunday, he was leaving for Goa. He came to the city a few days ago.
Talking about the case, Sub-Inspector of RGIA Police, Mr. Ch Dhanunjaya said that a bullet of 7.65 mm was found from his bag during a security check.
He further said that Sharma was arrested and a case is registered under Indian ArmsAct.
Police seized his luggage and bullet and started an investigation.
