Property Seized :-
Total (06) Cell phones,one Samsung (Galaxy) Cell phone and (05) Nokia Cell phones from the possession of accused.
BRIEF FACTS: –
The above said accused stolen the cell phones from the pockets of victims while they were travelling in RTC City busses.During interrogation he admitted that he has stolen the said Cell phones under the limits of Chaderghat PS from the passengers in RTC buses.Hence,handed over to SHO Chaderghat along with the above recovered (06) cell phones for taking necessary action against him. On which he was arrested by Chaderghat Police and remanded to Judicial Custody in the above referred case(SNB)……
