Young Sumayya battles for life, seeks prayers

An 8 year old young girl Sumayya is battling for life at Koranti hospital. Doctors say ‘pray for her, if Allah Wills, she can regain health, otherwise medically there is little hope for her survival. Sumayya’s father Mohammad Javvad and Reshma Sultana have been in deep trauma for the past 4 days. They lost their younger daughter Zeba, (6 year old) in the same hospital, on July 10. She succumbed to diphtheria.

45 year old Mohammad Javvad is an electrician by occupation. He has two sons and two daughters (one of whom has died recently and the other one is battling for life). He is so poor that he could not even afford a cell phone. He had arrived Hyderabad from Tandore for the treatment of his younger son Faizan who had developed urine infection but meanwhile his 6 year old daughter Zeba suffered from diphtheria and succumbed to the disease within 24 hours.

Poor mother Reshma Sultana is very much traumatized. Grief-stricken mother collapsed a number of times and it is feared that she may go into coma state.

The poor family badly needs prayers so that Sumayya regains health and it may bring smile on her mother’s face.
