You can now record calls through Truecaller, but only few have this privilege

Truecaller was developed by True Software Scandinavia AB, a privately held company in Stockholm, Sweden founded by Alan Mamedi and Nami Zarringhalam in 2009. When a person downloads and starts using Truecaller, this app uploads all the contacts of that person to its database. So when you search a number on Truecaller it shows the name someone saved in his/her phonebook.
Truecaller provides a web-enabled caller ID for your smartphones like iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and much more devices. This app gives full detailed of received call and messages from an unknown person.

Truecaller is now giving users the option to record voice calls using its application. In one of the support pages, the company talked about it and gave the details on what versions it would run and how you can record calls.

The feature, however, is not for everyone. “The feature is also not supported on some Android 7.1.1 Nougat devices. These include Nexus devices, Pixel devices and Moto G4. Only Android users who have Android 5.0 or later version can use this feature.” says Truecaller.

All the recorded voice calls will be saved in the device and is not uploaded on Truecaller’s servers and at this point you cannot move the recordings to the SD card, says the firm.
To enable this feature you need to install the latest version of Truecaller and Press the menu on the upper left corner, then open settings followed by Truecaller call recording and enable “Record calls.
