The statement came at a time when the Yogi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government is celebrating its first year in office in UP.
The celebrations come less than a week after BJP lost the Gorakhpur and Phulpur Lok Sabha seats to rival Samajwadi Party (SP) in bypolls.
Earlier on Sunday, MNS chief Raj Thackeray launched a scathing attack on PM Narendra Modi calling for a ‘Modi Mukt Bharat and union minister Ram Vilas Paswan said that BJP needs to study carefully how Congress party enjoyed support of Dalits, Brahmins and Muslims.
