Yeddyurpapa will be fixed by Lokayukta report: Moily

Mangalore, July 26: Union Minister for Corporate Affairs M Veerappa Moily today alleged that Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa had a ‘criminal involvement’ in illegal mining and said the BJP government resorted to phone tapping and leaking the Lokayukta report to wriggle out of the tight spot.

Speaking to reporters here, he said the government was trying to divert the attention and dilute the report by instigating the leakage even before Lokayukta Justice Santosh Hegde submitted the report. ”The criminal involvement of the Chief Minister in mining scam has been proved in the Lokayukta report,” he claimed quoting the leaks in the media parts of the report.

Hed demanded that to save his dignity and honour before the Lokayukta report is officially made public, Mr Yeddyurappa should resign. ”He should resign to save whatever little grace he has left,”
