Maulana Naseeruddin issued a pressed statement on the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of Bomb Blast of Makkah Masjid saying that the State Police exhibited utmost communal mindedness and targeted the innocent Muslim youths. Many Muslims were arrested without any investigations. A case was registered against Yasir and Jaber in Ramgopalpuram Police Station in Secunderabad. Nearly 100 youths were arrested and they were tortured. Twenty one youths were chargesheeted but due to the exposure of the real culprits, many Muslim youths were released from jails.
Government confessed its mistake. They were provided compensation when CBI was probing the bomb blast case, State police implicated some Muslim youths under Hyderabad Sazish cases. They ere also subjected to Narco Analysis Tests in Bangalore.
Maulana Naseeruddin told that his two sons Yasir and Jaber were lifted by the police from the road without any summon. They were implicated in Makah Masjid Bomb Blast case. There were severely tortured. When there was a possibility of getting release, they were implicated in another case and they were shifted to Indore Jail. They were of attending SIMI meeting in Indore whereas the fact is that they had never gone to Indore. No case was filed till three years. Now the police has started the proceedings. They are sure to be exonerated by the court.
