Yashki wants CM to answer Congress questions

Demanding that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao give answers to Congress party’s questions on irrigation projects, AICC spokesperson Madhu Yashki Goud advised the former to speak on Congress party’s power point presentation only when he was “conscious”.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Monday, Yashki said the Chief Minister is supposed to be a ‘Dharma Kartha’ and not a ‘Jagirdar’. He said Government advisor Vidyasagar Rao was spreading false information. On  proposed agreement with Maharashtra, Yashki alleged that the Chief Minister was mortgaging Telangana to Maharashtra by reducing the height of Thummidihatti project. He demanded that the agreement with Maharashtra be made public. He alleged that Harish Rao was threatening the contractors. He also criticized the Chief Minister was not bothering about the death of SI, who committed suicide in his native district.

He said the Congress party will stage protests against the Chief Minister’s agreement with the Maharashtra. He asked the Chief Minister to convince the Maharshtra government on 152 meter height of Thummidihatti project. (NSS)
