Speaking to media persons here, Yanamala said that the issue of phone tapping has already been referred to the Centre. He hoped that the Centre would take a serious note of the issue and conduct a detailed probe into the matter. He said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has apprised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Central leaders on the phone tapping issue.

Yanamla also informed that a committee has been constituted for the shifting of different departments and offices to the State’s new capital Amravathi.
