TDP senior leader Yanamala Ramakrrishnudu today alleged that YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has furnished false information about his assets, in the affidavit submitted at the time of filing his nomination papers.
Speaking to the media here, Yanamala urged the election commission to look into complaints of opposition parties regarding the assets of Jagan who gave wrong information in his affidavit. The TDP leader said Jagan, by furnishing false information to election commission with regard to his assets, has committed a crime.How can Jagan show that he owned assets worth of Rs 411 crore, whereas the Enforcement Directorate has seized his assets worth about Rs 1011 crore, Yanamala questioned. Among other things, Yanamala said Jagan has not shown his Lotus pond residence in Hyderabad which is worth Rs.300 crore and his building complex in Yelahanka, Bangalore spread over 28 acres of land. Taking a dig at Jagan, he said the latter, who is trying to mislead the election commission, could not be trusted and he could cheat the public also. (NSS)
