Yahoo Mails allows to swiftly insert images, videos, GIFs mails

Washington, July 10: Yahoo has released a new feature for its Mail service that allows the users to swiftly insert images, videos and animated GIFs into their messages.

According to thenextweb.com, Yahoo’s new Plus (+) button located at the bottom right corner of the compose window allows the users access to their photo albums, files, links or any other items they want to include in their email.

When the button I clicked a panel opens on the right side of the window displaying four different content types: photos, files, GIFs and Web links.

The users can view photos they have sent or received in Yahoo Mail sorted by date or search for photos from the web or Flickr. Files can be documents, presentations or PDFs that they have sent or received or search for a specific file by person or keyword.

The suggestions for GIFs search are included. The users can also do their own search from their favorite sources. When the users move the pointer over the image a preview for photos and GIFs is shown.
