Rowdy Sheeter Yadagiri Rao an accused involved in Gali Jnardhana Reddy’s mining scam was given in the custody of ACB from Monday onwards.
He had played a key role in arranging the amount of bribe of Rs 10 Crore to the judge for granting bail to Gali Janardhana Reddy. Yadagiri was arrested on 2nd July 2012 and 3.75 crore were seized from his house.
It is said that he has allegedly confessed that he had received Rs 9.50 crore for arranging bail for Gali Janardhana Reddy.
