On the second day of “Sham-e-Telangana” at 5 p.m. today 34th Yaad-e-Rafi program will be presented under the patronage of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily at Mahboob Husain Jigar Hall, Siasat Office.
