Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy of High Court dismissed the writ petition filed by Mr. Syed Farees Ahmed regarding the implementation of the report of Mr. Mehdi Husain for the protection of Wakf properties. Principal Secretary of Minorities Welfare Dept. and Madina Group of Institutions appeared against the writ petition.
