Danish tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki has failed to fulfill her dream of attaining the first Grand Slam of her career after her third-round exit from the Australian Open on Thursday.
The former world number one, who is engaged to golf ace Rory McIlroy, was defeated 4-6, 7-5, 6-3 by Spaniard Garbine Muguruza Blanco at the Rod Laver Arena on Saturday.
The defeat came after Wozniacki expressed confidence on winning the Australian Open after a successful second round win over unseeded American Christina McHale. (ANI)
