Terming the High Court’s verdict on G.O.No.123 as a slap on TRS government, YSRCP Telangana State president G Srikanth Reddy said the High Court dismissed 16 GOs issued by the TRS government in its 26 months rule.
Speaking to the media at its Party office here on Thursday, Srikanth Reddy said that the High Court pointed its finger at TRS government and questioned the government to tell as to why it was so determined on G.O.No.123. Suggesting that the TRS government work within the limits of Constitution, he warned the TRS government that the YSRCP will wage a fight against it in case it failed to move following the Land Acquisition Act-2013. He alleged that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would face failure in case he followed the footsteps of his guru and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. (NSS)
