Unidentified persons on Monday evening threw acid on a 19-year-old woman at Punjagutta.
According to police the woman works at Hyderabad Central mall was walking from her workplace towards Ameerpet at around 9 p.m. when some strangers travelling in an auto rickshaw threw acid on her.
The woman suffered minor burns. The victim approached the police, and shifted to nearby hospital.
